I became a RAKtivist and started Sage’s Monthly Random Act of Kindness (RAK) challenges to promote love and compassion. Life is hard and sometimes the smallest gesture from family, friends or even strangers can brighten anyone’s day.
As a romance writer, I’m a strong believer in the power of love. It’s through the love and support from my family, friends and community that I’m able to fight and win against my battle with depression. I realized doing little nice things for people not only made others feel good, but it’s helping me heal from the inside out.
I hope you will help me make a little difference in the lives of people all over the world with these RAK challenges!
New Year. New Me. This month’s Random Act of Kindness is all about taking care of ourselves! Lets write down our goals and take care of our mind and body. Treat yourself to something just for you everyday. Even if its just reading a book, watching that Romance movie for the 20th time or spend a day at the spa. Take the time this month to focus on what makes you happy and do it!

Make gifts from the heart! Bake your friends a cookies, make a homemade holiday card, or homemade holiday decorations to put a smile on a love ones face to show much how much you care.
